Freeze Dried-Our 10g packets of freeze dried sourdough starter come with instructions for reconstituting the culture and guidance on how to maintain it with regular feedings. Freeze dried starter takes approximately one week to reconstitute. Freeze dried starters can be shipped.
Live Culture-With our 100g live cultures, the hard work is already done for you! These starters are mature and active and do not need to be reconstituted. With the purchase of a live culture, you will receive instructions for maintaining your starter with regular feedings. Live cultures cannot be shipped.
