Baking sourdough can be intimidating if you've never done it, but our Sourdough Baking Class will make you a pro in no time!
In this beginner friendly course, you’ll learn the step by step basics of creating and maintaining an active & healthy sourdough starter and all of the proper steps to baking a perfectly delicious sourdough bread. You’ll get hands-on practice with things like proper measurement techniques, kneading, and stretching & folding dough. We will have an in depth discussion and demonstration on fermentation & baking techniques. Each participate will leave with a ready to bake sourdough loaf, an active and healthy starter, and the knowledge on proper sourdough maintenance and baking.
Breaks are factored into class time and there will be time to order lunch during class. Lunch is NOT included in ticket price
