Have you mastered the basic sourdough baking techniques and you’re ready to take it to the next level?  Our intermediate sourdough baking course is just what you’re looking for!

In this 3 hour class, we’ll cover topics and techniques that have likely crossed your mind but may have felt too intimidating to attempt.  You’ll get hands-on and build a loaf of sourdough that incorporates fun and unique ingredients. We’ll discuss topics like:

•the benefits of varying feeding ratios

•salvaging a struggling starter

•experimenting with different types of flours

•incorporating unique ingredients

•flavor depth

This course is for those who have mastered the basic sourdough baking techniques and are looking to take it to the next level. This class will not cover basic sourdough techniques. If you are looking for a beginner friendly course, check out our Beginner Sourdough Baking Class.

 

We recommend that you bring a pen and paper for note taking.  All other supplies are provided for you during class.

Breaks are factored into class time and there will be time to order lunch during class.  Lunch is NOT included in ticket price.

This workshop is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel, your ticket price can not be refunded but can be transferred to another participant.
