A vibrant medley of flavor and texture! Our mixture of microgreens contains both mild and spicy flavors and generally includes (but not limited to) peas, radish, arugula, broccoli, kohlrabi, and kale. Not only do microgreens add color, flavor and texture to any dish but they contain significantly higher levels of vitamins and carotenoids than vegetables in their mature forms. Add them to salads, sandwiches, burgers, omelets, tacos, and more! Our greens are always grown naturally without the use of artificial pesticides or other chemicals.
